Rosarito is the perfect backdrop for a wedding and offers something to suit every style. There are a variety of venues to choose from. Are you looking for something country or rustic, a ranch would be the perfect choice. Or maybe something with a little more traditional Mexican feel, there are some incredible salons decorated with hand-painted tiles and beautiful arches. And there’s the most obvious and my favorite, the beach, with sand in your toes or on cliff overlooking the surf.
Rosarito Beach is a picturesque, charming, beach town. I was married in Rosarito in 2008 and was pleasantly surprised with the services that were available, as well as the professionalism of the vendors I worked with. My beachside wedding was perfect, complete with quartet for our ceremony and Mariachi’s during our cocktail hour. All of the amenities of a stateside wedding, with a significantly smaller price tag, than San Diego, or any other California beach city. Additionally, I was able to recommend a variety of activities for my guest to do on their 3 day weekend. There is truly something for everyone. My guest were able to enjoy, surfing, golfing, shopping, wine tasting, as well as a fabulous lobster dinner in Puerto Nuevo.
My beachside ceremony and reception was beautiful, but if I knew then what I know now, it would have been AMAZING!
As a former bride and a full time resident I have connections with various vendors including; venues, dj’s, florist, stylist, bands, mariachis, catering…and the list goes on, but you get the idea.
I enthusiastically recommend this beautiful place, to anyone considering it! If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask. In the coming weeks, I plan to write some post that focus on specific venues. Bookmark us or subscribe to be notified of the upcoming post.
All of this talk of weddings and I’m reminded that today is my parents 42nd anniversary…Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad! xoxo
